After submitting the complete application at the local German authorities, the maximum waiting time will be 90 days. There might be some delays in case the local authorities are still running on a minimum capacity because of the pandemic or are closed because of other circumstances.
Our relocation consultant will get in touch with your employee after you submitted a new case on our relocation platform. Your employee will be onboarded via video call after the relocation consultant has carried out a case assessment. Your HR Team will be updated regularly about the process.
The answer is Yes! Your employee is entitled to take their family to Germany, if employed on a working VISA. However, a separate VISA application has to be submitted for each family member.
There is the possibility to apply for the accelerated skilled workers’ procedure. Please ask our relocation consultants for more information. Additional charges and requirements are applying when choosing this procedure, but it is recommended when your new talent is needed on a short term basis.
